Please allow to modify the pre-offered default search engine specs at Edit > Preferences... > Browser > Search > Manage search engines..., since at the moment Opera is autodirecting me to Chinese (Taiwanese) websites for some reasons. It's just that..., I cannot speak Chinese 😉

I assume it's your user name, but I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and I don't see this dir under home, but I do have a .config dir, but no opera under it, do you mind telling me what's the correct path for Ubuntu 16.04? I manage to localize the file in question from the following path:

/home/xxxxxs/.config/opera/Local State

However, this is a Suggestion Box for the development of the browser, isn't it? Therefore, it would be much easier and a lot more user friendly if one could just change the default search engine settings at Edit > Preferences... > Browser > Search > Manage search engines....
