I just recognized that since the latest Opera update the bookmark editing window (klicking "add to bookmark" right beside the address bar) just flashes shortly and disappears immediately. No way to choose thumbnails or manage the new bookmark.
Has anyone else experienced this strange behavior?

Thanks.

I am still testing the issue but what I can say so far - you are right it it's not depending on if I am logged in or not.
It seems to depend on the password manager window. When the before mentioned login page is opened, Opera ads the password manager window on top of the page. As long as this password manager window is open in the background the bookmark editing window is corrupted at any tabbed website. As soon as the password manager window is closed (by logging in or just cancelling the login in the password manager) all bookmark editing is back to normal.

Well it seems to be an issue with the built in password manager

I don't see it would be related to your issue.

Upon opening Opera I have several tabs opened automatically. Only one of them requests a password which is provided by the Opera password manager. The editing window does not work as long as I have not logged in at this single pass word protected website. After that, bookmark adding works as it should... Very strange indeed, because the bookmark window does not work at all open tabs before I have logged in at that single one.

A quick test seems to confirm my observations. When this one password protected website is not opened with Opera, bookmark editing works flawless right away.
