In the past i can easily disable it, but i cant do that again there are no option in flags option.

the reason is a want to use Ublock Origin ("Block media elements larger than" feature) and sometimes it doesnt work in opera but work in Chrome. so i think there are conflic between built in adblock so is there any way to disable built in adblock in flags ?

i know but, i want to disable it in FLAGS, vpn option available but adblock is not

The experiment has ended and ad-blocker was already incorporated so the flag is gone. Remember that flags are not settings.

The ad-blocker is disabled by default. It can be enabled/disabled in Settings.

i know but, i want to disable it in FLAGS, vpn option available but adblock is not
