I have tried to save the "Allow sites to run Flash" by clicking on the button but it will not save that command. Every time I open my Opera, I have to click the Flash arrow each time. What can I do to make the "Allow" button be saved. I use a Macbook Pro 15 inch and OS X 10.13 (Sierra).</p>

In both cases Flash is always click-to-play. In VPN because of possible security issues, and in Turbo for network-saving reasons.</p>
