Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

I just downloaded Opera 45 to my computer but I have no idea of how to open it.

I checked in Synaptic Package Manager to see if it was installed and it was. I can also
see it in Downloads and on the Desktop. For all of that, I can't find the way to start it.

I'm looking for something like the Firefox icon on the toolbar but for Opera.

Thank you
.
.
Do I first need to remove my old browser, which is the latest Firefox, before I can use Opera? Is there a way they can co-exist?
