<![CDATA[Opera 20 will not load web pages.]]>Installed Opera 20 for windows and web pages not loading! even the default speed dial when clicked on do not load.

I turned off my AV and Malware provided by System Mechanic pro and still could not load web pages. Other web browsers Chrome, FireFox, loaded web pages OK.

What do I do Next.
