<![CDATA[Opera no longer open APK file]]>When i download APK file from apkpure and i open the APK file from notification bar, it says "Can't open file". I open the APK from file explorer and it works perfectly from there.

Is it a security feature?

Try uninstall / Install Opera again, just sync before to recover Phone data.
