<![CDATA[Opera VPN downloads very slow]]>I've been using Opera VPN (Windows 7.0 64-bit) for than a month now and it's been great.

However for the last week or so, the downloads have slowed to less than 30ks per second, making the VPN unusable.

Is there any way I can regain full speed downloads using the Opera VPN?
