<![CDATA[windows spinning wheel opera 42 start up and shutdown]]>Hi do any of you have a issue with the windows busy spinning wheel at start up and
close down of opera 42 it last about 15secs on both
little annoying but i would like an explanation
my pc is spot on and very fast.

Startup? Haven't seen that.
