<p dir="auto">Essentially the Forum continuously loads the Index page and refuses to let you click through to any threads/pages.</p>
<p dir="auto">I haven't investigated future, my guess is this is FrontEnd/JS issue, can provide more details if need be.</p>

Clearing cookies for "<a href="http://opera.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">opera.com</a>"  seems to fix it (no, you don't have to clear all cookies - click on the "All cookies and site data" button to clear cookies for a specific site, or go to opera://settings/cookies )</p>

Works after cookies cleared until the following day, when it just keeps looping again.<br />
If I stop the loop and try to log in I just get -<br />
"You tried to access the address <a href="http://forums.opera.com:8081/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">http://forums.opera.com:8081/</a>, which is currently unavailable."<br />
The only way back in is to clear the cookies again, after which it works for a while but then always fails again.<br />

I presume the forum software was updated recently but something went wrong - they either need to revert the change or (if they understand the software well enough, as it isn't "in house" software) try to fix it.
