Some setup-info:</p>
<ul>
<li>Website is HTTPS enabled</li>
<li>manifest.json exists, with <em>short_name</em>, <em>name</em>, <em>144x144 png icon</em>, <em>start_url</em></li>
<li>A dummy service worker (suggested by Google for development testing) is registered on page load</li>
<li>I've visited the site repeatedly over several days. No banner.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">What am I missing?</p>

Try it yourself and see.</p>
