Each tab has its own VPN setting to on/off.  Logically, it would seem the VPN is only for the tab it is set on.  What surprise do you have for me?</p>

And since it's not in the range of the ones you usually are connecting from, it triggers the warning.</p>
<p dir="auto">Remember that Opera's VPN doesn't work per tab.</p>
