Background Programs(for Mouse) dont work???

I got a problem, i always use my controller to use the mouse but after sometime i cant use it anymore after opening opera(only when the window is active!)

Also it work with opera before in the versions before!(dont know when it changed!)

I would like to know if there is a way to deaktivate it because its really annoying!

the program or better said programs that interact with the mouse dont work if the browser is active i tried also some autoclicker just for fun and i couldnt use it only on my desktop or other programs!

If someone knows what or how i could disable this i would be really glad!
