<![CDATA[Sync not working between 2 PC?]]>Hi!

I registered an Opera account and logged in in Opera 42.0 via Menu/Syncronize on my old computer. Then I logged in on my new computer with the same Opera account (also Opera 42.0). No information seems to sync between the two computers. If I log in at sync.opera.com/web/ I can verify that the information is synced from both computers to sync.opera.com. The problem is that all information seems to be separate for each computer and they don´t seem to exchange the information???

How do I tell Opera to use only the information from one of the computers. Obviously I want all the information from my old computer to sync to the new one. Now it only looks like I got two separate backups from each computer stored at sync.opera.com???

This is not how sync works. Tabs opened in other instances of Opera will be available in the tab menu.

I just found all my speed dial shortcuts from my old computer on my new computer. When opening the bookmarks tab there is a title "Other Speed Dials"

Yes, this is where your Speed Dials from other Opera's installations will show up.

I also want the passwords to transfer from my old computer to the new one, but when I check the settings "Privacy & Security" and "Manage saved passwords" on my new computer there are no stored passwords???

Passwords should sync if you have enable password sync in both computers. Passwords are not synced by default or didn't used to be at least.

I then manually copied all shortcuts to "Speed Dial" on my new computer. Even thou I read the Opera information about sync I did not find any information telling this was how it was working.

Thank´s for your answer. I´m expecting that my open Opera tabs on my old computer should automatically open on my new computer and that the short cuts on the speed dial page also should transfer from my old computer to my new, but that is not the case. Does not help to close and open Opera on the new computer. Also tried to log out and log in on the new computer and also uninstall and reinstall Opera on the new computer.

Is it normal that the two computers appear separate on sync.opera.com/web/ and that there are different information on the two computers?
