i have an issue with the Standard-search- Engine. If i select another Search-Engine and restart the the browser, the search engine is changed in google

Meaning that you never changed them or that they are kept if you change them?

Meaning that you never changed them or that they are kept if you change them?

Try doing a portable installation and see if the problem also happens.
