I cannot use Opera Mini with sites protected by CloudFlare.

It will be stuck at redirection page like this https://blog.cloudflare.com/content/images/im_under_attack_page.png.scaled500.png

Why would it not work? I tested Chrome on mobile and it redirects fine..

Try server:refresh or metarefresh, that's equal with "javascript:" as refresh factor.
