My Eset Smartsecurity detected Opera 42.0.2393.94 communicating/doing outbound traffic to ecb.europa.eu each time I open new Opera Browser (not open new tab). As far as I remember the previous version of Opera didn't doing communicating to ecb.europa.eu. What this outbound doing and is that safe?
