<p dir="auto">I've just downloaded opera and don't have a shortcut on desktop. I can access Opera once but then I have to run .exe again and Opera does not appear in programmes.</p>

Mine is "C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe". Rt click on desktop, select New/Shortcut, enter the location, give it a title and try it out. Don't use "Opera.exe."</p>
