<![CDATA[How to get rid of "Suggesstions" on speed dial]]>After removing Sugestions(Варианты in Russian) it apears after few days again, so how to delete it once and for all.

Clear the checkbox for "Show speed dial suggestions"(English, no idea what the title is in Russian). That's all, they won't come back unless you clear your profile for some reason.
