Steps to reproduce: delete the old ~/config/opera folder remove flash and pepper-flash install the Opera developer version all with the same problem.
Downgrade to Opera 41.0.2353.69 this version runs.

OS: Arch Linux x86_64 with Cinnamon
Kernel: 4.8.13-1-ARCH

Other sites seem to be working fine with opera.
