Please provide a procedure to log into youtube

if i click login, get a page about cookies.
Have tried every possible combo in settings...(but obviously not the right combo-lol) to be able to log in to youtube.
Help please.

Can you post the exact message you are getting? I have no issues logging into Youtube. Are you able to log into Gmail? That same login is used for Youtube.
