<![CDATA[Speed Dial Entry, Upper right corner, 3 dots]]>For every entry in the speed dial page, when you place the cursor in that box, 3 dots show up in the upper right corner.

What does that do? Why is there no tool-tip?

I'll wait till someone explains that before I click on it.

In older versions there was an x there to delete the tile, but now delete is just on the menu - makes it harder to delete a tile by accident. Also some users with touchscreens had trouble accessing the context menu.
