Every once in a while, I'll open speed dial and the wallpaper and window will be a fraction of the size it's supposed to be. The entire wallpaper and functional part of the web page will be approximately 270x130. Here's a sample:

As you can see by the image, my window is far bigger than that, but the speed dial for some odd reason, is tiny.
