<![CDATA[synch]]>how do I synch my opera browser setting, favorites to the cloud, and then synch those setting from the cloud to other devices that have opera?

this is not intuitive, as it looks like every time you login you synch from a new browser to the cloud, instead of from the cloud??

How can I copy it?

In 'other speed dials', go to the folder with the name of the device you want to copy from and select the items you would like to copy by clicking on the 'check' icon. Then right click and select 'copy' or use Ctrl + C.

Go to the 'speed dial' folder in the same place, right click and select 'paste'. Or use Ctrl + V.

logout from the opera synch account

You can only see 'other speed dials' 'folder' if you are logged in.

You can copy its content to 'speed dial' so you will have your speed dials on the laptop even if you are logged off.

and there was a Bookmarks > other speed dials

Syncing is a two way process as fair as I know. When you login, your current installation both sends data to the sync servers and get data from them.
