<![CDATA[Take too long to initiate to download ANYTHING]]>Description: My opera browser is on "Developer" And he takes more than 2 minutes to start download anything image,video,docs anything.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. find any image or any video or something on Internet to download
  2. Click right and save, or if you find click on download
  3. wait for initiate a download..

Actual result: download will became stuck.

Expected result: Download instantly

version : 43.0.2403.0 - latest
