If you can't access the mail account you can't prove it is yours. If you can login to that account then you can delete the data yourself - just visit http://sync.opera.com and click the big "Reset Sync data" button. Otherwise, as you can't prove it is your account they won't reset it for you.

Unfortunately without any access to the named email account you can't prove it is yours, and therefore they won't delete it.

No, I didnt changed anything nor i reseted them.

All accounts passwords were reset a while ago. You should be able to set a new password using the 'Forgot Password?' tool on the login page but since you can't receive the email message, I'm afraid your account is gone for good.
