I used to connect to Opera VPN (Netherlands proxy) from my ASUS tablet (Android 4.2) without any hindrance, but now Opera VPN is kinda getting stuck in an infinite cycle of establishing the connection.
I dunno, but perhaps in Russia, where I'm based, your server has been blocked by authorities or smth Any more ideas?
