This is a Chromium-issue: it looks like OV in Chrome on Ubuntu too. The issue predates the switch from NSS to BoringSSL (Chromium 46). It looks like EV in Firefox on Ubuntu (with “Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates” enabled).

That is fixed in 44.0.2494.0, but https://twitter.com/ still looks like OV (same in Chrome 57). 🙂 :|
