<![CDATA[Videos taking too long to open]]>Why does it take videos long to open. mine go around and around . The after a bit they start, I am using windows ten on my lap top.

For example, I try to play a video on the CNN site, and all that happens is a square box rolls around, no video. If I play my local TV station's weather report, it works fine. I don't have the problem when using Chrome.

ONLY in Opera this happens?

I mean most streaming depends on certain factors unrelated to the browser: the server where the source file is stored, the path the streaming takes to deliver it to the browser/player. These two are largely responsible for the speed.
