i have got some addon called page capture on one computer that i want to have on anotherone, problem is that if i go to that addon page and klick its link ( https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/app_id/hjjhcalkcaeagibemeeakbmmmaneedoh ) i first get forwarded( https://addons.opera.com/pl/extensions/details/page-capture ) and then spoken at Norwegian language even that i sure havent set it anywere (its set to english and german) and after i found how to change the language of that page (which could be worse) i got informed that page capture is unavailable without a reason and that youre sorry.

so my question:

why the hack is that so?
