<p dir="auto">As the title posted, after loading the webpage on search, the new tap shows a spinning wheel like its downloading something, yet, the webpage is all there reading it, what could be the problem?</p>
<p dir="auto">i'm running Opera 40 on Windows 10.</p>

<p dir="auto">Opera Version: 40, OS: Windows 10.</p>
<p dir="auto">Problem in objective and concise brief:</p>
<p dir="auto">i open opera tab, hit for a research, i find a link for interest, i click it, the page downloads, i start reading, scrolling up and down, i see the spinning wheel on the top of the page, like its downloading something, even that the page is all there and i am reading !!</p>
