<li>Is it a good idea to empty/delete... Downloads periodically..., to improve startup time...?</li>
<li>Does Opera save a full copy, or just download location?</li>
<li>If I try to delete old downloads (in a desktop Folder), that are still in Opera Downloads, Win7 won't allow it.</li>

</li>

<p dir="auto">The list of downloaded files is just a list. The real files are on their folders<br />
If you clear the list, your files will still be there.</p>
