<![CDATA[touchpad scrolling too slow after upgrade to O39 or O40 on WIN10]]>Hi,

I noticed a very annoing change in speed of touchpad scrolling after upgrade to 39 or even 40 on win10.
It is very slow/short. On other browsers/apps it is ok as it was ok on O38.

Could opera 39 and higher have an influence of touchpads scrolling speed?

My problem first occured in O39 and its on all type of windows, not just modal windows.
