<![CDATA[Scroll is broken sometimes on Facebook with experimental switches]]>Hi!

I have noticed following bug:

I have all of these activated:
opera://flags/#force-accelerated-composited-scrolling
opera://flags/#force-universal-accelerated-composited-scrolling
opera://flags/#overlay-scrollbars

After some fiddling I believe that the first one is causing the trouble.
