Opera does not synchronise history. With bookmarks everything is OK.
But I'd like to see history from smartphone on PC too.

I have opera mini 21 for android & it doesn't even sync bookmarks

There are 50+ speed dial items in my PC opera but on android there are none. It says "There are no bookmarks". BTW, I have an encrypted passphrase to sync all my data. So with general convention, I should have been prompted to enter my passphrase on android before syncing begins there, which I was never asked to enter. What am I missing here?

opera just doesn't synchronize history of visited websites

Here it seems to sync, for example, www.opera.com but not http://www.opera.com/computer

only bookmarks are synchronized

Not even Speed Dial and opened tabs?

And what about your smartphone? The problem still happens with version 41?

I will not see it on notebook or PC.

It seems to be syncing only main pages opened on Opera for Android.

Because I must save in bookmarks all I want to see on other devises.

Just let them open and use tab menu to access them.

the problem is Opera on smartphone and PC and notebook, all they don't synchronized correctly. They synchronize only bookmarks. If I visited some websites on smartphone, I will not see it on notebook or PC. It's unuseful such way... Because I must save in bookmarks all I want to see on other devises.

Nope, Opera doesn't offer individual support.
