I made a clean install, but lastpass is no longer available. Is there any other source to get it back?

I'd love a copy of the oex file if you have it still... what's the version on it? 3.2.16.1?

I managed to install from the previous release, but when I click on the icon nothing happen. And it seems as of late their support is non-existent, they don't answer email anymore and I am a premium customer.

I think I found a solution, I still have opera installed on my windows tablet so I should be able to find the extension from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Opera\Opera\widgets and install it

Unfortunately, that page (and its underlying file archive) appear not to have been updated properly for quite some time. Many of its 'Current version' listings are sadly outdated, though their underlying links do all lead instead to the current LastPass versions (which, for Opera, is the current Blink/Chrome Opera version).

From LastPass's changelog records ( https://lastpass.com/upgrade.php?older=1&releasenotes=1 ), the last releases specifically mentioning Opera (among others) were:
3.0.16 Nov 2013
3.2.16 Jul 2015
3.2.20 Aug 2015
Some of these may have actually had minor update version-number extensions (eg: 3.2.16.1) for Opera's .oex file type, but I believe these version classes all applied to Presto Opera. After that last point in August 2015, I believe the 'Chrome' version releases became applicable thereafter to New Opera.

You might try eMailing LastPass's support department at support@lastpass.com requesting an archive link for the last Presto Opera version of LastPass.
