Opera, for android as it stands now allows base64 data into the address bar. This is what viral ads use to load in opera. I can understand allowing base64 inside html5, but every viral site that causes a vibration and comes with a popup saying there is something wrong with my battery or phone I have lately seen using content type base64 in the address bar.
