In C:\Users&lt;your user>\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Cache you have all your cached files. They have a generic name and no extension, but if you browse it with an image viewer you may probably be able to quickly find which ones are images.

It was originally designed for Chrome, but works fine with later Opera versions too.
