It won't download anything including a new browser or PDF's. I get a popup asking if I want to connect to that site. When I click YES, it clocks a minute and times out. I also get code-signing certificate messages when I try to download a new version from Opera. Can anyone tell me how to manually install a new browser or offer me another solution?</p>
