I'm English learner, I find in this Web site((http://cn.bing.com/dict/)) does not make a sound in speakers sign.
And you are the only browsers that will not make a sound.

note:I had checked IE, FIREFOX, CHROME, they have passed.
My os is win8.1 .

Try in private mode, which by default disables all extension.

Try disabling the ad-blocker.
