It doesn't have any kind of moderation or rules. It seems old. We don't even have a WYSIWYG and the searchs doesn't match.
I have a problem, I want to explain it to the most people availabe, but I can't even post images.

The matter:
In my work I use opera frequently. In our system the file downloads works using a pop up.
However, Opera has the automatic pop up blocker I hate.
And you will say: "Hey, there is a button like "allow pop ups from this website" just active it and it's all".
The thing is that this tick is enabled... and still the "pop up locked" message appears, and I have to click it and then click in the link of the pop up to open it.

Why the hell the "allow pop ups" doesn't work and how can I manage this? Please

You can disable the pop-up blocker in Settings. Or add an exception.

However, it may be that you are talking about blocked content?

How? For sure there could be improvements but i guess we should be thankful that they still keep this forum.

It doesn't have any kind of moderation or rules

Are you sure?

Yep, forum has some bugs and limitations.

I want to explain it to the most people availabe, but I can't even post images.

Yes, you can. Just store them some where and post the link here. You can even use Markdown to show the image inline.

Anyway, discussions about the forum itself should be held in 'Forum Feedback'.

Incorrect. You'd be amazed at the amount of spam they have to cull from this place.

or rules

Failure to read the Posting Guide does not mean there isn't a posting guide.

I can't even post images

The forum does not host images. You can use mark up to display images hosted elseware if you like though. You can also simply link to them.

Why the hell the "allow pop ups" doesn't work and how can I manage this?

If you go into settings and turn off pop-up blocking entirely does that fix it? Does that setting fail to 'stick' also?
