The best way:

  1. Go to address bar

  2. Type this address: opera:config#UserPrefs|DisableOperaPackageAutoUpdate and press Enter

  3. Check the flag on "Disable Opera Package Auto Update?" and save settings

  4. Restart Opera

The dialog may not have an "Ignore" option, but you can disable the check in Preferences.
