i noticed that the YouTube Ads dont get blocked anymore, since yesterday. The Opera adblock is activated. Have you the same issues?

Some website always open one pop-up when you first click anywhere on the page, e.g., www.netvasco.com.br. I visit that website a lot and I know they have this ad that pops every first click

Well, this topic is about YouTube ads so ads in any other page are unrelated stuff.

Also, pop-ups has nothing to do with adblocker. Opera has a pop-up blocker too.

Blocking pop-ups may not be that easy, specially those triggered by clicks.

The pop-ups that open from time to time are expected to open. Some website always open one pop-up when you first click anywhere on the page, e.g., www.netvasco.com.br. I visit that website a lot and I know they have this ad that pops every first click. From this website Opera has been blocking the pop-ups well. However from other websites I noticed they are not being blocked anymore.

Seems unrelated. Check your computer for malware.

I have started getting new tab pop-ups as well. What's going on 😕 I REALLY don't want to install adblock again, it makes the browser so laggy. There's anti-adblocker software out there now, and I've seen it elsewhere.

Opera uses Easylist format.

I am seeing the Wix adverts in front of about half or more of the videos I watch, also Rx adverts and snack adverts. Also was stuck watching a five minute advert for a rap group's effects software. That was in front of every video for several days, so much so that I thought that the rappers were paying for the whole of bloody U2b.

go to option of this addon and check block ads
working fine!

Have you tried updating the blocklist with a custom one?

But it blocks "skip" button. So I have to listen to this ridiculously long "You need a website.. Why not use wix?"

Didn't get any ads on those videos.

Sometimes i see an ad in a Youtube video but it's very random and seems to happen rarely.

Using Opera Stable and Next, same custom lists, from yesterday, some ads video on Youtube are played.
Activating VPN semms to block the ads.
