<![CDATA[(2016) What size do I use when in create your own theme for my picture?]]>I am using Opera Version 38.0.2220.41. It is July 2016. Here - chrome://themes - there is an option to Create Your Own Theme. I need to know what is the best size so my picture appears complete. It is getting cut off. My screen res is 1920 x 1080 but sizing the picture to 1920 x 1080 does not work. What size do I make my picture so it fits perfectly?
