<![CDATA[Add option to change Opera Window Color]]>Hello, I hate blue color on Opera title bar and window, please add option to change the color like on chrome or like firefox which's honoring the windows bar, I use windows basic, that cause opera fallback to blue, and I hate it... What OS? At least on Windows 10 you can use the system color.

Windows 7, when you using the windows styling it works, but I wanted to use on windows basic mymen, anyway chrome color work on windows basic, that's the problem.
