<![CDATA[Build-in VPN missing [screenshot] [fresh installation - 38.0.2220.31]]]>I've just installed a fresh latest version of Opera cause I've heard it has a free build-in VPN. I wanted to watch EURO 2016 stream that is unavailable in Poland without the exclusive TV decoder I think.

I only have the option to install SurfeasyVPN but it isn't free. I've seen an Opera screenshot where there's simply a VPN category under Privacy and Security but it's completely missing in my case.
