<![CDATA[getting proxy login popups for HTTPS links]]>Why am I getting a popup window saying :

    Please sign in
    You need to sign in with "us1517.opera-proxy.net:443"
       Username:
       Password:

everytime I open a link with HTTPS ?
Once I hit ESC the popup goes away and
the normal green padlock HTTPS appears and link is correctly rendered.
I do NOT have VPN turned on ... any suggestions ?
