<p dir="auto">Since Opera 36 or 37: <strong>when opera is maximized</strong>. The window of the browser has a line under the windows taskbar. As if the a padding or a margin of the browser is not correctly fine.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can test it putting the taskbar on the top and maximizing the browser.</p>
<p dir="auto">I think it's the only application that has this bug, so is not a Windows error.</p>
