They are listed on the bottom right of a forum page, just below "Categories" list.

Thanks for that too. I've been going to "Discussions -> My Starred Discussions" to get to them.

I assume bookmarking is how you subscribe to a thread? That's what I've been using it for as I don't see any subscribe buttons.

Check on your settings if you have enabled e-mail notifications

Thanks for that. Didn't even notice the "Edit Preferences" link on the "Notifications" page. Almost all of them were unchecked. I checked them, but assume it won't help for now. But, at least they'll be checked when notifications start working.

Check on your settings if you have enabled e-mail notifications for your bookmarked topics. Also check your e-mail address in your account settings.
