<![CDATA[Opera resolutiion]]>Hello,

I have small problem, which is actaully very annoying. After I have updated my windows 8 to win8.1 resolution in opera has changed, elements are bigger than they used to be and quality of image on opera's window is worse than before, like bad quality screen taken from nice quality image.

Disable high DPI mode in opera:flags and restart it.
